Monitoring student activity on the Kampus platform allows you to assess course participants’ engagement and address any learning difficulties quickly. Here is a simple step-by-step guide on how to do it.

Step 1: Enter the course

Log in and go to the selected course.

Step 2: Open the “Reports” tab

In the top course menu (or in the “More” menu), select:

👉 “Reports”

Step 3: Select the report type

The most commonly used reports on the Kampus platform are:

📘 Logi (Logs)

A detailed list of all activities:

  • who did what and when

  • filter by user, date, activity

👉 best for detailed analysis

📊 Activity report

It shows:

  • how many times a given resource has been viewed

  • which materials are the most popular

👉 a quick overview of “what works well”

👥 Course participation

You can:

  • check who has performed a specific action (e.g. viewed a resource, submitted an assignment),

  • check who has not yet completed it,

  • send a message directly to selected people,

  • use it for ongoing course management.

👉 ideal for monitoring progress

Step 4: Set filters

Customize the report:

  • choose the activity (e.g., assignment, forum),

  • set the date range,

  • select a group or all participants.

Step 5: Draw conclusions

Pay attention to:

  • the lack of activity from some students,

  • the materials that have not been accessed,

  • the periods of decreased engagement.

💡 PRACTICAL TIP

If you notice low activity:

👉 send a quick message via Kampus,
👉 remind students about course materials or deadlines,
👉 make sure that students know where to find resources.

A small intervention at the right moment often prevents bigger problems at the end of the semester.
