Online consultations and Helpdesk

Our helpdesk is managed by training and methodology specialists who answer all questions and resolve issues related to e-learning on Kampus platform.

Helpdesk organization: 

  • We are on duty on weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm. 
  • Our response time depends on how accurately you describe your issue, the complexity of the matterand our workload - but we always try to assisst as quickly as possible. 
  • Please, use university email accounts - this ensures we are corresponding with the correct individuals, such as those running the specific courses. 
  • When submitting a request, please provide as much information as possible, including: direct link to your classes/exam, course name, USOS course code, a detailed description of the issue - you can inlcude screenshots, the time of the problem, etc.., your full name. 
  • We handle requests through a special system that enables us to work efficiently. Therefore, our responses may include automatically added information, such as issue number, updates, etc. 
  • Please send new requests as new messages to pomoc-ckc@uw.edu.pl. Messages sent as a reply to previous correspondence do not go to the system, but to the person who previously handled them, which may delay the resolution.
